HS-T200型提升机是专为标准料车配套的提升设备。其功能是将物料提升到一定高度后，倾倒至设备的料斗中，以完成加料工作。

该机由立柱、升降车叉、翻转机构、动力及电控系统等部分组成。该机采用全304不锈钢材料制造。便于清洗，美观耐用。

 HS-T200 elevator is lifting equipment for standard trucks. The function

五、结构及工作原理：（Structure and working principle）

该机由立柱、升降车叉、翻转机构、动力及电控系统等部分组成。

电器盒上有电源指示灯及“上升”、“下降” 、“停止”三个按键及相应的三个指示灯。

The machine consists of column, lift fork, turning mechanism, power and electric control system.

The electrical box has power indicators and three buttons: "rise", "drop" and "stop" and three corresponding indicators.

接通电源后电源指示灯亮。

先将料车推入车叉内。按“上升”按钮，电动机启动。通过皮带轮带动减速机，由减速机带动链轮转动。链轮上的链条拉动升降车叉，使料车上升。上升到一定高度后，由翻转机构将料车翻转，翻转到一定角度时，机器自动触动行程开关，电机停止转动进行倒料。倒料完成后，按“下降”按键，料车自动复位并下降。当降至地面时，机器自动触碰行程开关，机器停止转动。升降过程中只要按“停止”按钮，即可停车。

The power indicator turns on.

Push the stock truck into the fork first. Press the up button and the motor starts. The reducer is driven by the pulley, which drives the sprocket rotation. The chain on the sprocket pulls the lift fork to lift the stock up. After rising to a certain height, when the turning mechanism turns the feeding truck and turns to a certain angle, the machine automatically touches the stroke switch and the motor stops turning for feeding feeding. After the feeding is completed, press the "drop" button, and the feeding vehicle will automatically reset and drop. When descending to the ground, the machine automatically touches the travel switch and the machine stops turning.
